- In the span of human life will reach a period called adolescence, where many development tasks that must be followed, one of them is the desire to get married. Though early marriage means encouraging young people to break the flow of development tasks to take on the role as an adult with no thought of physical readiness, mental and social. Each individual has their own perception of early marriage. The purpose of this study was to determine perceptions of adolescents against early marriage, the factors that teens do backgrounds on the impact of early marriage and early marriage. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subject of this research consists of 4 teenagers in the village Sumberjo Wonosalam Jombang. Data collection method used was interviews. While the methods of data analysis is descriptive analysis. The results showed that: the perception of the subject of early marriage, they think that getting married at a young age does not matter, the background factors of early marriage is pregnant out of wedlock, the desire itself, the application of the neighbors, and embarrassed considered a virgin not sell if you do not get married , any element of coercion from parents. The impact of early marriage for the subject is depressed, disappointed, sad, and trauma. For parents are deceived, feeling guilty, sad and disappointed.
