- The purpose of this research is to know the system and procedure of income and expenditure of money supply in PT. X which active in tourism service area and gives priority to comfortable. Problems of this research are: 1) How are system and procedure of income and expenditure of money supply in PT. X? 2) Are system and procedure’s process of income and expenditure of money supply in PT. X effective? This research use primary data which get from the result of interviewing manager and some of the officers in PT. X. The researcher use documentation and interview as sampling techniques. From the research in PT. X, there are some data analyzing techniques, such as: 1) System and procedure analyzing of money supply’s income from cash selling, 2) System and procedure analyzing of money supply’s expenditure, and 3) System analyzing of intern control. For the conclusion, system and procedure of income and expenditure of money supply in PT. X are good and efficient. This case can be proved by existence and processing some of system and procedure. And also there is separation of function and responsibility between officers. But in another way, the company still needs to control more close to prevent deceit and aberration from officers.
