NILAI-NILAI PENDIDIKAN ISLAM PADA KEPEMIMPINAN 
ABU BAKAR ASH-SHIDDIQ

Kepemimpinan adalah kemampuan untuk mempengaruhi pihak 
lain. Dalam Islam, kepemimpinan identik dengan istilah khalifah.
Kepemimpinan setelah Nabi Muhammad wafat digantikan oleh
kepemimpinan Khalifah Abu Bakar Ash-Shiddiq. Abu Bakar Ash�Shiddiq adalah pemimpin kaum Quraisy yang terkemuka, terhormat 
dan salah satu tokoh terkenal baik. Masa kepemimpinannya dapat 
dijadikan sebagai bahan dalam mengkaji nilai-nilai pendidikan islam.
Sesuai latar belakang tersebut maka permasalahan yang dapat 
dirumuskan adalah apa saja nilai-nilai pendidikan islam yang 
terkandung pada masa kepemimpinan Abu Bakar Ash-Shiddiq dan 
bagaimana implementasi nilai-nilai pendidikan islam yang terkandung 
pada masa kepemimpinan Abu Bakar Ash-Shiddiq terhadap 
pendidikan saat ini. Sedangkan tujuannya adalah untuk menentukan 
nilai-nilai pendidikan islam yang terkandung pada masa 
kepemimpinan Abu Bakar Ash-Shiddiq dan untuk mengetahui 
implementasi nilai-nilai pendidikan islam yang terkandung pada masa 
kepemimpinan Abu Bakar Ash-Shiddiq terhadap pendidikan saat ini. 
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pustaka. Jenis 
pendekatannya adalah deduktif dan metode analisisnya adalah analisis 
isi.
Berdasarkan penelitian/telaah pustaka yang telah dilakukan, 
nilai-nilai pendidikan islam yang terkandung pada kepemimpinan Abu 
Bakar Ash-Shiddiq dapat disimpulkan terdiri dari nilai ketegasan, 
keberanian, kedermawanan, keadilan, kejujuran dan kewibawaan.
Sedangkan implementasi nilai-nilai pendidikan islam yang terkandung 
pada kepemimpinan Abu Bakar Ash-Shiddiq terhadap pendidikan saat 
ini yaitu ketegasan dalam mendidik, keberanian dalam mendidik, 
kedermawanan dalam mendidik, keadilan dalam mendidik, kejujuran

dalam mendidik, dan kewibawaan dalam mendidik sehingga nilai-nilai 
pendidikan islam yang terkandung pada masa kepemimpinan Abu 
Bakar Ash-Shiddiq dapat menjadi acuan atau pedoman dalam dunia 
pendidikan saat ini.

ABSTRACT
VALUES OF ISLAMIC EDUCATION IN ASH-SHIDDIQ'S 
LEADERSHIP ASH-SHIDDIQ

Leadership is the ability to influence others. In Islam, 
leadership is synonymous with the term caliph. The leadership 
after the death of the Prophet Muhammad was replaced by the 
leadership of the Caliph Abu Bakr Ash-Siddiq. Abu Bakr Ash�Siddiq was a prominent, respectable and well-known leader of the 
Quraysh. His leadership period can be used as material in 
studying the values of Islamic education.
According to this background, the problems that can be 
formulated are what are the values of Islamic education contained 
during the leadership of Abu Bakar Ash-Siddiq and how to 
implement the values of Islamic education contained in the 
leadership of Abu Bakar Ash-Siddiq towards education today. 
While the aim is to determine the values of Islamic education 
contained in the leadership of Abu Bakar Ash-Siddiq and to 
determine the implementation of the values of Islamic education 
contained in the leadership of Abu Bakar Ash-Siddiq towards 
education today. The research method used is library research. 
The type of approach is deductive and the method of analysis is 
content analysis.
Based on the research/library review that has been carried 
out, the values of Islamic education contained in the leadership of 
Abu Bakar Ash-Siddiq can be concluded to consist of the values of 
firmness, courage, generosity, justice, honesty and authority. 
While the implementation of Islamic educational values contained 
in the leadership of Abu Bakar Ash-Siddiq towards education 
today is firmness in educating, courage in educating, generosity in 
educating, justice in educating, honesty in educating, and

authority in educating so that educational values Islam contained 
during the leadership of Abu Bakr Ash-Siddiq can be a reference 
or guide in the world of education today.
