Training ESQ New Chapter dalam PerspektifProduction Organisation, 2019.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap metode dibalik training ESQNew chapter sebuah fenomena yang mampu mengubah kehidupan seseorangsebagai pelopor pelatihan yang mengasah sisi spiritual, emosional danintelektual secara mendalam dikemas menjadi sebuah program denganteknologi terkini.Menurut Branston dan Stafford terdapat tiga teori yang menjelaskanproduksi, yaitu: pra produksi, produksi dan pasca produksi.Berdasarkan penjelasan di atas maka muncul permasalahan penelitian untukmengetahui persiapan metode training ESQ New Chapter dalam perspektifproduction organisation, untuk mengetahui apa metode yang digunakantraining ESQ New Chapter dalam perspektif production organisation, danuntuk mengetahui kenapa metode digunakan training ESQ New Chapterdalam perspektif production organisation dalam penelitian ini menggunakanpendekatan konstruktivis teori production organisation, metodologi risetpenelitian kualitatif dengan metode riset studi kasus.Temuan dari penelitian menunjukkan: pertama, bagaimana metodedipersiapkan: melalui konsep penggabungan IQ, EQ dan SQ tentang rukuniman, islam dan ihsan. Dibuatlah sebuah buku ESQ kemudianditransformasikan ke dalam training menggunakan ruangan tertutupdilengkapi teknologi LED, sound system dan lighting,dengan modul materidibuat slide power point penggunaan multimedia grafis dan video. Kedua,apa metode yang digunakan: berlandaskan pada surat an-Nahl metodepenyampaian dengan hikmah, bahasa yang mudah mengerti dan berdialogdengan baik. Dalam training menggunakan media multimedia yangmemberikan efek visual, audiotory dan kinestetik, dengan penyampaianpesan melalui teknik gelombang alfa. Ketiga, kenapa metode digunakan: agarsemua modul materi tersampaikan dengan baik dengan tujuan yangdiinginkan peserta, melalui efek gambar, video dan suara disesuaikan denganpesan yang ingin disampaikan. Sehingga peserta memahami dengan baikmateri yang disampaikan melalui metode VAK dan teknik brain wavepeserta dapat merasakan afirmasi, visualisasi dan feeling dalam keadaanposisi alfa dapat menerima pesan sampai ke alam bawah sadar.Keywords: Produksi, Training, ESQ New Chapter, productionorganisation.viiiABSTRACTHolisah. ESQ New Chapter Training in ProductionOrganization Perspectives, 2019.This study aims to uncover the method behind ESQ New chapter training, aphenomenon that is able to change someone's life as a training pioneer whosharpens the spiritual, emotional and intellectual aspects in depth into aprogram with the latest technology.According to Branston and Stafford there are three theories that explainproduction, namely: pre-production, production and post-production.Based on the explanation above, a research problem arises to find out thepreparation of the ESQ New Chapter training method in the perspective ofthe production organization, to find out what methods are used in the ESQNew Chapter training in the perspective of the production organization, andto find out why the method is used in the ESQ New Chapter training in theperspective of the production organization. In this study using a constructivistapproach to the theory of production organization, qualitative researchmethodology research with case study research methods.The findings from the study show: first, how the method was prepared:through the concept of merging IQ, EQ and SQ on the pillars of faith, Islamand ihsan. An ESQ book was then made and transformed into training usinga closed room equipped with LED technology, sound system and lighting,with the material module a power point slide using multimedia graphics andvideo. Second, what is the method used: based on the an-Nahl letter themethod of delivery with wisdom, language that is easy to understand anddialogue well. In training using multimedia media that provides visual,audiotory and kinesthetic effects, by delivering messages through alpha wavetechniques. Third, why the method is used: so that all modules of the materialare conveyed properly with the objectives desired by the participants, throughthe effects of images, videos and sounds tailored to the message to beconveyed. So that participants understand the material delivered through theVAK method and brain wave techniques, participants can feel the affirmation,visualization and feeling in the alpha position can receive messages to thesubconscious.Keywords: Production, Training, ESQ New Chapter, productionorganization.
