- The main problem in the research is the Coordinating in the regency of Bandung west java province is low. It’s thought to have been caused by the implementation of Panca Marga philosophy not done optimally yet. Etymologically that Panca Marga Philosophy consist of two words, Panca is five and marga is way, thus Panca Marga is five ways in management for coordinating. The Panca Marga Philosophy consist of fiveways are (1).Finalisme,(2).Pragmatisme,(3).Revolusioner,(4).Ambeg Paramaarta, and (5). Teladanisme.
