This research used classroom action research with cycle model by Kemmis and Mc Taggart. The research object was 30 students from class IV-C of Dewi Sartika Elementary School. The research was conducted in two cycles that equipped with data collection in the form of observation sheet, documentations, test result and field note. Application from Number Head Together (NHT) model is (1) preparation (2) numbering (3) questioning (4) head together (5) answering (6) conclusion and reward. The research shows that 17% (5 students) of students passed the pre-test, 60% (18 students) of students passed the Cycle-I, and 93% (28 students) of students passed the Cycle-II.
