- This research was conducted to test the influence of financial performance which consists of the Return on Equity (ROE), Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Total assets Ratio (DAR), Earning Per Share (EPS), Price to Book Value (PBV) against the stock price, the company's BUMN Non Banking is listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in the period of the year 2009 – 2014. Based on the results of research partially variable ROE, EPS and PBV had significant effects against the stock price, while CR, and DAR does not have a significant influence on the price of the stock, as for the free variables simultaneously have a significant influence on the price of the stock. This indicates that the fundamental factors – factors company financial performance remains important enough information that is the basis for investors in taking investment decisions Determination of the coefficient of the test results can be known of the existence of significant influence of the free variables, namely information regarding the ROE, CR, DAR, EPS, as well PBV against stock price fluctuations, where the influence of the free variable against the stock price of 48.8%, it This indicates that the company's financial performance is presented in the financial statements is one of the information used as the basis of consideration of investors in assessing a company, where the influence of financial performance can affect investors in investing so as to have an impact on stock prices.
