- Problem-solving ability is a competency that must be possessed by students in the 21st century. The purpose of this study was to determine the Profile of Students' Problem Solving Ability which was carried out in one of the high schools in Sukabumi Regency on 18 and 20 May 2022. The research method used was a quantitative descriptive method. The research subjects were high school students in Sukabumi District, class XI totaling 60 students. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The instrument used is in the form of a description of 10 questions using five problem-solving indicators. These results indicate that students' problem-solving abilities still need to be improved, such as applying more effective learning models, media, and learning environments where these play a very important role in improving students' problem-solving abilities.
