Purpose this case study is apply virgian coconut oil to diaper rush with impaired skin integrity due to diarrhea. Melhod used scientific writing is interview and observation. The result of research conducted on An R who is 10 mounth old (infant) with a nursing diagnosis of impaired skin integrity, the data found there are bisters in the vagina and says it hurts. The nursing intervention will be camed out is to encourage the patient clean clothes, keep the skin clean and dry protect the skin from excessive moinsture from urine feces or sweat using coconut oil as needed and keep the bed and clothes clean. Conclusion is that virgian coconut oil can treat diaper rush in childen. Suggestion it used as reference material and can a comparison material for further researchers and can add insight to author being able to help An R family able to improve their health so that able to apply home care with the explanations that have been given.
