Indonesia is an archipelagic country, so it can be said that the availability of water, especially clean water, is very abundant, but in fact there are some areas that are still difficult to get clean water. The purpose of this water demand analysis is to calculate how much water flow must be provided by the PDAM in order to meet the water needs of the Sukabumi city community, the benefits of this research are expected to be a reference in water supply for the next ten years and increase public awareness to be wiser in use water. This research method is descriptive type or is a method of researching an event in the present, the purpose of this descriptive research is to make a description, a systematic, factual and accurate description of the facts, so that time series forecasting methods are used including arithmetic, geometric, regression, moving average and exponential smoothing method. The results of the analysis show that the water discharge has decreased, while the demand for water has increased so it is necessary to add potential water sources. The results of the moving average and exponential smoothing method are known that the error value or error rate in this study is on average less than 10% so that the forecasting model carried out can be considered very good.
