  • Pregnancy is a natural process for a woman, starting from conception to the birth of the fetus with a time span of 280 (40 weeks or 9 months 7 days). In this study, there were pregnant women who had disturbed sleep patterns. The purpose of this research study is to understand and apply Prenatal Yoga to Sleep Pattern Disorders in Third Trimester Pregnant Women. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation and interviews. The results showed that the client felt more relaxed and comfortable while sleeping. The conclusion of this study is that mothers feel more relaxed and comfortable during sleep. This research is expected to help further writers and become a reference material in the writing process, by applying prenatal yoga techniques in overcoming sleep patterns in patients with sleep disorders.
