The Research of demand and supply in the commodities of lettuce, kale and mushrooms was carried out in the Cikundul Agroedu-tourism area (KAC), Sukabumi City. The purpose of this study was to determine the demand and supply of vegetables in the Cikundul Agroedutourism Area. The method in this research is descriptive statistical method. The results in the study show that from the demand side ,if the higher the price, the less vegetable products demanded by consumers, and the lower the price, the more vegetable products demanded by consumers. From the supply side, the higher the price, the more the number of vegetable products offered, on the contrary, the lower the price, the less the number of vegetable products offered. Suggestions in this research is Cikundul Agroedutourism Area is expected to maintain, improve the quality of vegetable products and expand the market. This is necessary so that there is a balance between demand and supply.
