Under the guidance of ENDANG TRI ASTUTININGSIH and NENENG KARTIKA RINI Nowadays people are starting to realize the importance of healthy food, such as organic rice. It's just that economically the rice agricultural sector still faces various problems, one of which is the selling price at the farm level which is still relatively low, this is because the supply chain is still long and the supply chain system is less than optimal. The purpose of this study was to analyze the performance supply chain of the organic rice “Beras Raos”. The research method used is a survey method that uses descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach, while the aspects of the analysis are efficiency and flexibility analysis. The research data shows that the performance supply chain of the Beras Raos is efficient in terms of marketing margins, inventory turnover, and inventory days of supply and not efficient in farmer's share, also in cash to cycle times. In addition, the performance of the Beras Raos supply chain is also flexible in each dimension of flexibility (supplier system, product design, production system, and delivery system).
