- The application for online queue registration for passports issued by the Directorate General of Immigration through the Directorate General of Immigration Circular Number IMI-UM.01.01- 4166 as an effort to improve the quality of immigration services, in its implementation there were still found various problems that caused the passport making service constrained. The research was aimed at determining the influence of the implementation of the online queue registration application to the effectiveness of passport-making services at the Non TPI Class II Immigration Office of Sukabumi. The research method used is quantitative with the type of associative research. Sampling was taken by simple random sampling technique, with 99 respondents and a precision of 10%. The results of the research indicate that the application for online passport registration queues has a positive effect on the effectiveness of passport making services.
