The purpose of this study was to determine the demand, supply and price formation of koi fish. The method used is using descriptive qualitative and quantitative methods. The research location was conducted at CV. Mizumi, Caringin District, Sukabumi Regency. The results of research on supply and demand at CV. Mizumi, Caringin District, Sukabumi Regency in 2018-2020 experienced different increases and decreases, in terms of demand itself it can be said that it is quite high, in terms of supply CV Mizumi has not been able to meet all the demands of consumers, so there are many requests that are not fulfilled either Koi fish types Showa, Shiro and Hi Utshuri. Increased demand occurs when events and koi fish are held. The demand for koi fish from 2018 to 2020 was 7,822, while the supply from 2018 to 2020 was 6,142, and the price formed from the meeting between the supply and demand price was Rp. 700,000 for Showa fish, Rp. 600,000 for the Shiro type and Rp. 500,000 for the Hi Utsuri type. From these results indicate that the demand is more than the supply offered.
