This research was aimed to find out : (1) implementation of Internal Control implementated bye the company in Alfamart Stores. (2) The Role of Control Over the Supply of Commercial Goods in Alfamart Stores. (3) Obstacles and Solutions in implementing Internal Control of Merchandise Inventory in Alfamart Stores. Variable consist of Control as an independent variable, Merchandise Inventory variable as an dependent variable. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive appoarch. This reseach was conducted using observation and interview techniques with parties involved in controlling inventory of merchandise. 
This results of this study are that internal control over the inventory of goods that includes the control environment,risk assessment, control activities, information and communication, and monitoring are running well.
