The purpose of this study was to determine the level of bankruptcy or health of a company by using the Altman method. The methodology used in this study is the Associative analysis with a quantitative approach. The data used in this study are secondary data and data collected through observation, and literature study data analysis methodology used is data analysis techniques, classic assumptions test, data normality test, multicollinearity test, auto correlation test, heteroscedastity test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the ratio of working capital to total assets has a positive effect which is not significant. Which addressed the ratio of working capital to total assets significantly influence the ratio of working capital. This refers to the ratio of working capital to Altaman Z-Score. and this method is one of the most accurate and widely used methods.
