- This research is motivated by an analysis of language errors in the Osis accountability report at SMP Negeri 4 Sukabumi. In this study, researchers analyzed the spelling and standard words of the Osis accountability report at SMP Negeri 4 Sukabumi. This study aims to determine the extent to which students write OSIS accountability reports. The method in this study uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the spelling errors on the OSIS accountability report can be seen as follows, in the form of errors in the use of punctuation, prepositions, and capital letters writing capital letters that are in the middle of the sentence before the period punctuation marks (.) Namely found in the word "Day", "Students" that should be on EBI are "days", "students". Then, in writing the word error found in the use of the standard word as follows there is an error in the word "Prayer" which should be in EBI is "Salat" because the first word is a non-standard word. Based on the results of this study, the most common mistakes were errors in the use of punctuation and capital letters.
