Accountability and Competence influence Village Apparatus Against Rural Funds Management (Supervisor Chofiuddin Muchlis, M.Ak and Rima Purwanti, SE, MM). This study aimed to determine the effect of accountability and competence village officials on the management of village funds. These variables were used in this study is accountability, competence village officials and village funds. The method used is quantitative. The accountability of research variables (X1) competence village officials (X2) and the management of village fund (Y). The data used are primary data on data collected and analyzed using validity and reliability test, test the classical assumption of normality test, multicoloniarity, art auheteroskedastisita, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing using t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination. Validity test results showed that all the statements to the variable indevenden and devenden declared invalid. Reliability Test Results showed that the instrument variables and devenden indevenden is reliable. Classical Assumption Test Results namely normality test showed that the accountability and competence of the management of village officials and village distribution. T test results showed that of each of the variables that affect the management and accountability of the village and village officials competence affecting the management and the village. Coefficient Determination Test Results sebessar 44.3% indicates that the variable accountability and competence village officials were able to explain the variable management of village funds. While the rest is the influence of other variables not studied.
