- The Family of Hope Program (PKH) is a poverty alleviation program and development of a conditional social protection system for the poor. The Family Hope Program often makes mistakes in providing assistance to poor families, such as PKH assistance is given only to that family each year, even though each year the population of poor families increases. This has caused PKH assistance to be on target to those who really need it. Therefore, this research is to build a decision making model using the Analytical Hiercy Process (AHP) to determine who will receive PKH Assistance in accordance with specified requirements. In the AHP method there is a hierarchy consisting of 3 main aspects, namely objects, criteria, and alternatives. By combining data and knowledge to improve effectiveness in the decision making process, it is hoped that later it will be able to assist decision makers in deciding the best alternatives in determining targeted poor families to receive PKH assistance.
