- This research was aimed to find out : 1. The influence of transparency on the village financial management in village of Surade District. 2. The The influence of accoutability on the village financial management in village of Surade District. 3. The influence of transparency andaccoutability on the village financial management in village of Surade District. The variabel of this research was consisted of transparency, accountability as independent variable and the village financial management as dependent variable.The measurement scaled used in this research was ordinal. The research applied a descriptive associative method with quantitative approach. The statistical testing technique used in this research was validity, reliability, test of normality, double linear regression, t-test and coefficient of determination test using Statistical Product and Service Solution Application (SPSS) 22. The results of test validity showed that the data was declared eligible to measure the variable studied and based on the normality data testing was eligible to be sampled in this research. Based on testing hypothesis with determination coefficient could be known that transparency and accountability had a significant influence on the village financial management of 63,68% and the rest of 36,32% was influence by the other factors beyond unobserved research.
