- A qualitatif reseach used deskriptif eksploratif method. The sampling method in the reseach was purposive sampling to include respondent. The data wascollected byindepthinterview. The result of this reseach found the problem have not feel after from hospital is social disfungtion and adaptation disfungtion on family and the problem wich there at home is disability, memory and sensory problem. The patient stroke needed home care as long one untill tree month after going from hospital because after that family has been can care giver and rehabilitatiaon self athome.
