The research isaimed to improve the work satisfaction,conducting nurses’ caring and relationship work satisfaction with nurses’ caring execution in inward room in hospital RS PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta in 2008. This is a non experimental research using deskriptif method and cross sectional approach. The samples consisting of 43 respondents were obtained using total sampling technique with inclusion and exclusion criteria, while the instrument used was questionnaire and checklist. Meanwhile, the analysis used to test the hypothesis was Kendal TauusingSPSS program for window series 14.0. The finding shows that most of nurses’ work satisfaction to enough category (69,7%), and conducting nurses’ caring to enough category (72,1%). The statistical result shows that there is a significant correlation between work satisfaction with conducting nurses’ caring with?0,951. it meant tahat there was positive relationship between work satisfaction with conducting nurses’ caring in inwardroomin hospital RSPKUMuhammadiyah Yogyakarta in 2008.
