- Research Purpose: To know the relationship of parenting method with the development of preschool children in PAUD ‘Aisyiyah Insan Robbani Muntilan. Research Method: This research uses descriptive correlation study and cross sectional approach. The sample in this study were 50 students and parents of students in PAUD 'Aisyiyah Insan Robbani Muntilan. Sampling used accidental sampling technique. Analysis method used was Chi-Square. Research Findings: The results showed 29 respondents (58%) were suspect, 18 respondents (36%) were normal and 3 respondents (6%) were untestable. Based on the analyze the results was significance of 0.000 (p-value <0.05) with a strong level of closeness that authoritarian parenting method with suspect child development. There is a relationship between parenting method with the development of preschool children in PAUD ‘Aisyiyah Insan Robbani Muntilan with a strong level of closeness. PAUD ‘Aisyiyah Insan Robbani need to establish cooperation with health workers / health agencies for routine examination of child development / DDST.
