- Pakraman Tegallalang is one of the attractions in the districtof Gianyar, this led to the opening of job in tourism.the purpose of this paper is to determine how the existence awig-awig against migrants in the Pakraman Tegallalang. In this Paper, the authors use the method of empirical laws. Ledal methods of empirical use facts as the main ingredient that exist and develop in society approach of sosiologi of law. The results of this paper is the existence of awig-awig agains migrants in the Pakraman Tegallalang is stil valid, with the charger made against migrant and are obliged to follow awig-awig applicable, as well as their costomany sanction given to the population violates the provisions in the Pakraman Tegallalang.
