- The current development is increasingly developing. The current development, which is 21st century, is influence in all fields, especially in English language teaching. The understanding and adaptation the English language teaching and learning in 21st century are totally important for English teachers nowadays in order to create successful learning and students outcomes. Thus the English teachers need to adapt the teaching and learning in 21st century and transform their competencies because teacher competencies are totally important and influential in teaching and learning. This research aims to gain information about English teachers pedagogic competency, professional competency, and digital literacy competency in teaching speaking skill are implemented at senior high school and to analyze English teachers need to fulfill teachers competencies in teaching speaking skill in the 21st-century. In this research used qualitative approach, and the data collection from the result of observation and interview. The respondents are the two English teachers in one of Senior High School at Cirebon City, and 6 students for supporting data. Hopefully, the result of this research can be as a measurement or benchmark for the English teacher‟s competencies in teaching speaking skill in the 21st century.
