- This research is to analyze the learning style and needs of visually impaired learners in learning English as foreign language in Junior High School. Consisted of the theory of Kolb (2015) that the learning styles there are; (1) Divergent, (2) Assimilative, (3) Convergent, and (4) Accommodative. Otherwise the learning need listed from the (Hutchinson and Waters, 2008). The method of this research is qualitative research, the design that used in this research is case study. The step of this research was conducting needs analysis of visually impaired learners in Junior High School. The research use interview to collect the data. The results of the interview is used to the learning style of visually impaired student match in some styles but not for divergent and mostly meets assimilative style. Then the researcher analyze the learning need of the visually impaired students during English learning process either online learning at home or at school by the result is the learning needs of visually impaired same with the style that student must be considered with her personality and depends on her independency, her adjustment to accept the environment during learning English need a help by the people around her. To make distinction, the researcher tried to clarify the relation between assimilative style and the need which took each point of the need such as skill, activity, grouping and the role of the student.
