- This study aims are: 1) Determining the effect of the location of Mandiri Syariah Bank ATMs on customer interest in transactions at the Mandiri Syariah Bank ATM machine, 2) Determining the cost factor on the interest in transactions at the Mandiri Syariah Bank ATM machine, 3) Determining the simultaneous influence of location factors fees for interest in transactions at Mandiri Islamic bank ATM machine. Type of this research is a survey test research with a quantitative approach. With a population of Mandiri KC Cipto Cirebon Islamic bank customers who use mudharabah or wadiah savings totaling 15,433. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing (partial test and simultaneous test) and determination test. Based on the results of this study that: 1) The result of the partial analysis of the location (X1) shows a significant influence on the interest in transactions at the ATM machine of the Syariah Mandiri Bank KC Cipto Cirebon. 2) The result of the partial analysis of fees (X2) shows that there is no significant effect on the interest in transactions at the ATM machine of the Syariah Mandiri bank KC Cipto Cirebon. 3) The result of the simultaneous analysis of the location and cost variables shows a significant influence on the interest in transactions at the ATM machine of the Syariah Mandiri bank KC Cipto Cirebon. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.392 means that the interest of the customer in making transactions at the ATM machine of KC Cipto Cirebon Syariah Mandiri bank is 39.4%.
