Rect Media Komputindo Semarang, Faculty Informatics S1 Program Industrial and Informatics Technology Telkom Institute of Technology Purwokerto, 2017 PT. Rect Media is one of the company's digital agencies handle software development project. Making software alone has several factors in determining the success of a project. One such factor is cost estimation. Estimated project cost is an estimate of the cost to be incurred while running a project for a certain period. There are still many of the most the company suffered a cost swelling within that project resulting in the company is out of business. It is caused by planning a cost that is less precise target and lack of lack information and communication between clients and software developers. Thus, to overcome the problem, required a system that can calculate cost estimates based on applied features and intermediate notification systems users and admins for details about estimation information costs. Data collection methods used are interview and method discussion by applying the method of developing deep waterfall system system creation. Field Work Practice Activities conducted by making a system with the name "App-Estimator". The system has features notification system that can help in obtaining complete information cost estimates by e-mail.
