- Development unit within Digital Service division in the Telkom Multimedia Tower is a division that has the task to develop a new application system. Some of the problems faced by this Development unit are how to create a system that can help facilitate everything done. Development unit also develops applications to convert sounds into text form, which can also recognize sound accents spoken by the voice recorder, or commonly referred to as Deep Speech. In addition to the project, the Development unit also developed an application to convert handwriting into a .png image file. In this report the author will discuss how to implement neural networks in python programming languages to detect handwriting numbers from 0-9 from the MNIST database, where the output is in the form of a .png image file
