- One product, namely Telkom Indonesia Digital HOME (IndiHOME) is one product services from PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia packages communication services and data such as home telephone (voice), internet (Internet on Fiber or High Speed Internet), and the interactive television service (USee TV Cable, IP TV). This service using transmission with latest technology i.e. using a transmission medium in the form of fiber optic cable that has a lot of advantages compared to the transmission media namely copper wires. Fiber optic cable was chosen because with the fiber optic cable will make data transfers faster and has a good quality so that customers who use this service will be satisfied. In addition to fulfilling the customer's satisfaction then it should be accompanied by care and maintenance any device used in the service of which is an ODP. This is the ODP devices devices that have the highest risk of damage compared to other devices, because these devices are located outside the room with the protection that is less good and often performed the demolition when the installation path will do new customers so that indirectly will result in damage to the device, one of the damage that often occurs is the loss of the connection because there is one cable broke.
