- As the development of technology in the field od telecommunications is currently a lot of companies in the field of telecommunications are mainly PT.Telkom Indonesia currently being heavily developed Fiber optic technology incessant which on this network utilizing media fiber optic transmission as a medium. However, with the increasing number of subcribers of broadband network based Fiber To The Home (FTTH) raises problem and disorders that often occur. Problem that can occur when installing fiber optic or fiber optic cable when it's been configured. The disorder is very detrimental to the customer because communication and internet access was cut off. In order to make the device work optimally, then maintenance and periodical checking needs to be done so that customers can enjoy the serviceswithout any constraints. The problem is in the group be GAMAS. Gamas was himself impaired telecommunications devices in bulk. This mass disorder must be quickly resolved so that customers can return using the network, and for that there must be some gamas procedure that should be performed by customers and technicians so that those problems are resolved, usually the disorder It will go into the database. In order to make the device work optimally, the maintenance and periodical checking needs to be done. NOSS a.
