- Service that is often used even already attached to the public is the internet. With the internet the public can search for various kinds of information and communicate with one another without limit. Many people who subscribe to the Internet at home because it is considered more practical and has a high speed. PT Telkom introduced its newest service IndiHome Fiber by replacing the copper cable with Fiber Optic cable to the houses or FTTH (Fiber To The Home). IndiHome Fiber Products is a Triple Play service consisting of High Speed Internet Connection, Interactive TV or commonly known as Usee Tv, and home phone. As all IndiHome (Internet, TV and Phone) services use fiber optics, all of these services are coordinated by one ONT (Optical Network Terminal) device that acts as an optical signal transceiver, which is then transmitted to data (WiFi or wired), voice ( phone line), as well as TV (Usee TV). interruptions or constraints often faced by customers from the largest to the smallest as follows; Internet is not connected as many as 23 cases, dead phones as many as 20 cases, Triple Play dead as 14 cases, Usee TV Blank / error as many as 11 cases, slow internet as many as 4 cases, and other cases as many as 7 cases. constraints that often encountered are the internet that can not connect, wrong cable connection, and patch cord cable damaged. less customer knowledge due to internet usage over the limit FUP, and ont that often damaged the huawei HG8245A.
