  • The findings of this research indicate that there is an influence of brand image on brand trust and the impact on use decisions, and the influence of brand trust on usage decisions, and while word of mouth does not affect the brand trust and the impact on use decisions. For indirect influences, it was found that there was an influence of brand image on the use decisions through brand trust and also the absence of the influence of word of mouth on the use decisions through brand trust.
