- The conclusion of the analysis is a follows : (1) based on partial tests (individuals), it can be seen among the variables of Premium Price (X1), Service Quality (X2) and Brand Image (X3). Of the three variables that have the effect of the largest to the smallest is the Service Quality variable (X2) with the value of the regression coeffient with the results of t-count 4.002 > t-table 1.988, Brand Image variable (X3) with a value of t-count 3,838 > t-table 1,988 and the variable Premium Price (X1) with the results of 2.917 > t-table 1.988. (2) based on simultaneous (overall) test results that found from the three independent variables namely Premium Price, Service Quality and Brand Image have a significant effect on Siswakoe Insurance Customer Satisfaction which has a value of 35.036 > 2.71. The most influential variable is the Service Qualty variable. Based multiple linear regression analysis, Adjusted R Square obtained is 0.537 or 53.7%, which means that the variables of Premium Price, Service Quality and Brand Image have an influence on the customer satisfaction of insurance customers by 53.7%, while the remaining 46.3% is explained by another factor.
