- This study aims to analyze the influence of good corporate governance which proxied by managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and audit committee, and financial performance which proxied by return on asset to firm value with corporate social responsibility as the moderating variable. This study used sample of manufacturing companies which were listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period of 2012-2015. This study were tested by multiple regression model and moderate regression analysis. The result of this study showed that audit committee and return on asset influenced to firm value, while managerial ownership, institutional ownership and corporate social responsibility not influenced to firm value. This study were found evidence that interaction between institutional ownership with corporate social responsibility and interaction between return on asset with corporate social responsibility influenced to firm value.
