- This study aimed to analyze and obtain the evidence of TERRA (Tangibles, Empathy, Responsiveness, Reliability, Assurance) towards the customer loyalty in Bank Muamalat Margonda Depok Branch. The data that used in this study is primary data, and data collection is done using questionnaire with purposive sampling method. The object of this research is the customers of Bank Muamalat who become IB Mudharabah savings costumers. while the method of data analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the Bank, especially Bank Muamalat Margonda Depok Branch. In order to provide the best service to the customers. The results of this study indicates that TERRA (Tangibles, Emphaty, Responsiveness, Reliability, Assurance) have positive and significant partial and simultaneous effect on customer loyalty of Bank Muamalat Branch Margonda Depok.
