- Zakat, Islamic Bond and Financing Islamic Banking are the instruments that can develop Economic Growth of Indonesia. Zakat can increase aggregate consumption and make poor people more prosperous. Islamic bond can build the infrastructure as a medium that used for income distribution and Financing Islamic Banking as a instrument that giving a capital for funding the economic sector. This research was conducted with a view to determine the contribution of Zakat, Islamic Bond and Financing Islamic Banking in short term, long term and dynamic relationship to increase Economic Growth of Indonesia. This research uses data including quarterly data from 2012 until 2017. The data were analyzed using Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) with Eviews software. The result showed that Zakat is positively influenced on Economic Growth of Indonesia in short and long term. Financing Islamic Banking is positively influenced on Economic Growth of Indonesia in long term. Islamic Bonds is negatively influenced on Economic Growth in long term.
