  • This research is a kuntitatif research by collecting data of questioner and library data. The number of samples taken is from one position of 42 people. Then the data is processed using software SPSS 23.0 for windows. In this research, there are several tests, among which are data quality test (validity test and reliability test), classical assumption test (normality test, heteroskedatisitas test, and multicolinearity test), and hypothesis test (t test statistic and F statistic test). The result of this research is known that partially Working Environment (X1) has influence to Loyalty (Y) equal to 0,147 or 14,7%, whereas partially Compensation (X2) has 53,3% Loyalty (Y). In F statistic test, it is known that simultaneously Work Environment (X1) and Compensation (X2) have an effect on Employee Loyalty (Y).
