  • This study aims to analyze the influence of culture, personal and psychology on the decision of customers to choose Islamic bank case study BNI Syariah Depok. This type of research is quantitative. The data source of this study is the primary data derived from the sample of the customers BNI Syariah Depok. Data collection was done by using purposive sampling with spread to 100 respondents. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis method. The result of this research shows that 1) Culture has significant influence to customer's decision, 2) Person has significant influence to customer's decision 3) Psychology has significant effect to customer's decision and 4) Culture, Personal and Psychology have significant effect to customer's decision. From the result of multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of each culture variable (0,113), personal (0,106) and psychology (0,149), all have positive influence to customer decision.
