  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship of islamic micro finance (LKMS), small and micro enterprises (UMK) and the level of poverty in Indonesia. This study used is secondary data for the period of 2013-2015, which is sourced from the publication report of Sharia Banking Statistics and publication report of Statistic center department (BPS). This study used a sample of 63 samples. Data analysis method used in this research is Partial Least Sqaure (PLS) with the help of data analysis tool SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this research showed that BPRS has an influence on poverty, with t-statistics of 3.315 and p values 0.000. The BPRS has an effect on UMK with a statistical t value of 28.436 and a p value of 0,000. UMK has an influence on poverty with a t statistic value of 2.244 and p values of 0,000, and the BPRS has an indirect effect on poverty through UMK with a t statistic of 2.191 and p values of 0.014. Found value of R Square generated poverty variable equal to 25,4% and rest 74,6% influenced by other variable outside research model. While the value of R Square generated variable of UMK 80,5% and the rest 19,5% influenced by other variable outside this research model.
