  • This research examined the analysis of the effect of Proportion of Third- Party Funds (PDPK), Elimination of Productive Asset Deletion (PPAP), Operating Expenses Operating Income (BOPO), Net Interest Margin (NIM) and Rate of Inflation on the Profit Distribution Management (PDM). This method research is a quantitative research and the type of case study research. Source of data used in the form of secondary data and data obtained from Bank Indonesia (BI), Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the quarterly financial statements of Islamic Banks which consists of 11 Islamic Banks (BUS) from 2010 to 2014. Data were used from those statements is data profit distribution, the balance sheet data and financial ratios. Sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling.This research used Multiple Linier Regression Analysis that using SPSS computer program version 21.0. The result in this research showed that Proportion of Third-Party Funds (PDPK), Elimination of Productive Asset Deletion (PPAP), Operating Expenses Operating Income (BOPO), Net Interest Margin (NIM) and Rate of Inflation simultaneously affect the Profit Distribution Management (PDM). The result also showed that the partial Operating Expenses Operating Income (BOPO) and Net Interest Margin (NIM) negatively affect the Profit Distribution Management (PDM). Proportion of Third-Party Funds (PDPK), Elimination of Productive Asset Deletion (PPAP) and Rate of Inflation does not affect the Profit Distribution Management (PDM).
