This research aims to examine the effect of Organizational Culture, Work Motivation And Remuneration to Tax Employees Performance on Direktorat Jenderal Pajak ( Empirical Study on Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Madya in Jakarta). This research used questionnaire method given to 120 respondent, but only 112 questionnaire was collected. Based on 112 questionnaire, the result of validity and reliability test shown that all question is valid and reliable. The result of parametric correlation analysis test and regression analysis either partially or simultaneously for variable Organizational Culture, Work Motivation And Remuneration shown there is a significant effect on the variable Tax Employees Performance. Therefore all hypothesis can be accepted.
