- This study was to analyze the factors of capital structure in the financial statments listed on Indonesian stock exchange. Independent variables were assessed in this study is assets structure, liquidity, profitability and growth of sales. dependent variables in this study is capital structure. The population was publicly traded manufacturing company cosumer goods sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange the period 2010 to 2014. Sampling technique was done by purposive sampling.The number of populations included in this study as many as 22 companies for a total study sample was 110 financial statments. Type of regression model used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 20.Results of this study indicated that liquidity, profitability has significant. while the independent variables were not significantly affected independent growth of sales and assets structure.
