- The research was done in PT. Andhana Kirana Yasa Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta. This research consist of training program, compensation and organizational commitment as independent variable, and work dicipline as dependent variable. The purpose of this research is to find contribution effect between independent variable to dependent variable simutaneously and partially. Total sample for this research are 93 respondent with simple random sampling method to determine its sample. This research is uses multiple regression analysis. Data used in this research using primary data obtained from respondents’s answer are transmitted to the PT. Andhana Kirana Yasa Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta. The result of this research indicate that are significant variables simultaneously at training program, compensation and organizational commitment on work dicipline variable. The result of this research also show variables training program, compensation and organizational commitment has significant partial on the work dicipline variable. Result of determination coefficient of 0,859, this mean the ability of independent variables explain the dependent variable at 85,9% while the remining 14,1% are influence by other variables and not include in this regression analysis.
