- The study aims to analyze the influence of Asset Growth, Sales Growth, Profitability and Age of the Company to Capital Structure in property companies period 2011-2015. Data’s study is annual financial report of 18 property companies in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) period 2011-2015. The study is using the method of analysis of the regression panel data with a fixed effect model by using program Eviews 9.0 and Microsoft Excel 2013. The result show that according parcial Asset Growth positive significant influence to Capital Structure with the sig. 0.0023<0.05. Profitability negative significant influence to Capital Structure with the sig. 0.0009<0.05. Age of the Company positive significant influence to Capital Structure with the sig. 0.0174<0.05. Sales Growth not influence to Capital Structure with the sig. 0.3756>0.05. The result show that according simultan Asset Growth, Sales Growth, Profitability and Age of the Company significant influence to Capital Structure with the sig. 0.00000<0.05.
