- This study aims to analyze the pattern of utilization of zakat funds for productive efforts conducted by RZ. How to collect and channel fund in RZ, pattern of zaka fund utilization for productive business, and to know the strength of weakness of opportunity and threat of zakat utilization done by RZ for productive business. The analytical method used using SWOT analysis. The data used in the research is 2015. The result of the research stated that RZ gathering mechanism is done through four clumps of programs: champion smile, healthy smile, sincere smile and independent smile. Similarly, the RZ channeling mechanism with the help of facilitators to channel to the target villages covering the four programs. The pattern of empowerment conducted by RZ for productive business is to provide business capital as needed, to coaching, strengthening products and business legality. The RZ empowerment pattern has its own facilitated facilitation strength in the target villages, the weakness of certification for facilitators, and the opportunity is not yet many institutions that make use of the system of coaching and the treart of potential candidates who don’t have time for coaching and lack of consistency to join mentoring.
