  • The focus issue of this research is: To know the efficiency the teaching Geography with the Classification Tree as a media. The reason of this research are : To know the effectivity of the using of Classification Tree Media Learning as a learning methods in Geography study sessions. Based on the results of studies using Class Action Research obtained in 58 Senior High School of Jakarta, it can be concluded that an increase learning outcomes in social studies, especially geography subjects the using of Classification Tree, teaching methods Cooperative learning and Jigsaw, the technique used was discussion groups within IIS B class XI in 58 Senior High School of Jakarta. It could be concluded according to the analytical data of the Post Test Cycle I with the median of 72, 0588 or 72 %, with Success or Not Success category, on Cycle II with the median of 85,2941 or 85,2 %, with Great / Very Successful category. Thus, the mean value meets the KKM standard value set to 75. Based on this; it can be said that there is an increase in result learning with the Classification Tree method
