- Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. TB primarily affects the lungs, called Pulmonary TB. TB can spread to other parts of the body, such as the kidneys, heart, urinary tract, bones, synovial, muscle, intestinal, and skin; those are called extra-pulmonary TB. We reported a case of pulmonary TB and gonitis TB in an eleven-year old girl presented with haemoptoe and swelling on her left knee. Plain X-Rays of the thorax showed paratracheal and hilar lymph node enlargement and infiltrates. Antero-Posterior and lateral radiograph of the knee showed erosions and periarticular osteoporosis. Diagnosis of Pulmonary TB and Gonitis TB was established. TB regimen was given for 12 months. Keywords: Tuberculosis, Pulmonary TB, Gonytis TB
