- Precocious puberty is defined as the onset of secondary sexual characteristics before 8 year of age in girls and 9 year in boys. We report a case of idiopathic gonadotropin-dependent precocious puberty (GDPP) in seven year old girl with presented breast development (Tanner stage B3) without pubic hair growth and menarche. Gonadotropins hormones (LH and FSH) were increased, pelvic ultrasonography demonstrated enlargement uterus, bone age is advanced by 5 years than chronological age, CT Scan of the head was normally. Diagnosis of GDPP was established. The therapy given was GnRH agonist until the age of expectation puberty.Keywords: Gonadotropin-dependent, Precocious puberty, GnRH agonist, Leuprorelin acetate
